Introduction

Steen is head of Miller Rosenfalck’s commercial team and Scandinavian desk. Steen’s practice covers a broad range of mainly commercial work with a particular emphasis on contracts for the offshore/energy sector, business migration and international trade. He is dually qualified as a Danish advokat and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Steen is the Chairman of the British-Nordic Lawyers’ Association (BNLA) and on the board/committee of a number of other organisations and companies.

Recognised as “impressively versed in the drafting of commercial agreements. He holds membership of a number of organisations promoting trade and cultural links between the UK and the Nordic regions.”  (Chambers Global 2012 directory).
